Executive Summary

VOCI officially commenced hands-on mentorship for Cohort 1 on 10–11 January 2026 at MUT. Over four months, orientation evolved into a fully operational leadership and communication programme — demonstrating the viability and transformative potential of the VOCI model.

Objectives of Cohort 1

  • Equip members with practical, applicable communication skills for real-world influence
  • Help members discover and refine purpose, personal vision, and unique value proposition
  • Develop confidence in public speaking, self-expression, and persuasive communication
  • Train members on intentional personal branding — online and offline
  • Nurture principled, purpose-driven leadership grounded in integrity
  • Establish a culture of accountability, peer mentorship, and intentional reading
