Overview
Voice of Change Initiative respects your privacy. Member data, Voice Levels assessments, applications, and portal activity are handled confidentially in line with our Policy Framework and applicable data protection principles in Kenya.
What we collect
- Application and contact form details (name, email, phone, programme interests)
- Member profile, attendance, assignments, and hub participation in the portal
- Newsletter and partner inquiry messages
- Technical logs required to operate the website securely
How we use data
We use information only to run programmes, communicate with members, review applications, improve services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Retention & security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure (Supabase) with role-based access. We retain records for the duration of membership and as required for reporting, unless you request deletion where applicable law allows.
Your rights
For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact vociglobal@gmail.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
The site uses essential session cookies for authentication in the member portal. Analytics cookies, if added later, will be disclosed here.
